Hours of Work:
45 hours a week to include weekends and bank holidays as per the rota.
6.30am to 3.00pm - 5 days out of 7 days
To assist the Executive Chef and Stoke Park to retain the 5 star standards
To ensure that your section is set for service
To prepare meals for the Staff Canteen
To ensure that mis en place job lists are carried out and prioritised
To ensure that your kitchen area’s are clean and meet safety standards
To assist with HACCP and Health and Safety procedures
To put all deliveries away
Other Roles and Duties:
Mis en place for next day (Both Breakfast and Canteen)
Check and sort out fridges, dry store and freezers
Occasionally assist in the other kitchen areas within Stoke Park
All applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar 3 Rosette accredited environment along with a passion for food.
