This role is based at the Baglioni Spa.
Job Purpose: To deliver the Baglioni Spa customer journey efficiently and professionally at all times to maximise guest satisfaction.
Hours of Work: To work a flexible 40 hour shift rota per week to include weekends and bank holidays
Specific Duties:

To carry out all treatments to the standard required and as booked in by the Reception team

To work within the time guidelines of each treatment and to ensure that the highest standard of care is practiced

To assist the spa guest when completing their consultation card, being aware of all contra indications for treatments and facility use and ensure that this is explained to guests as required

To sell the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge as well as after care advice at all times, working to the retail targets set by your Spa Manager

To be aware of and understand the Baglioni Hotels Leading Quality Assurance and Baglioni Spa Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to this at all times (as stated in the SPC Operations Manual)

Responsible for adhering to all standards of procedures including compliance with all Company Policies, procedures, statutory requirements regarding the work place such as employment law, health and safety, hygiene and fire prevention (as stated in the SPC Operations Manual)

To ensure that high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to in the Baglioni Spa, including treatment rooms being re set at the end of every day, laundry completed on a daily basis (as stated in the SPC Operations Manual)

To ensure that you are fully aware of all the spa’s facilities, treatments and products

To work as part of a tearm – including liaising with all departments and communicate any special requirements of individual guests, and supporting colleagues when required.

To behave in a discreet and confidential manner

To attend any necessary training courses in house or externally

To ensure that personal standards of presentation are of the highest quality i.e. hair tied back, clean and pressed uniform, discreet make up, discreet jewellery, tights, clean shoes, short nails and no polish

Essential:
Candidates must be qualified to Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3.
