Reporting To: HR Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week
Overall Purpose: To assist in providing administrative and generalist HR support in all HR matters to staff and the management team of all subsidiaries of the International Group of Companies.
Scope: Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Officer you will provide day to day administrative and generalist HR support whilst being involved with all aspects of the HR function.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a busy HR department and an understanding of HR policies and procedures. Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills are essential.
This role would be ideal for someone working towards their CPP/CIPD who is looking to progress to the next step in their career.
