Hours:
40 hours a week, day or night shift on a rotating basis to include weekends and bank holidays as per the rota.

Responsibilities:
To be a professional and efficient first point of contact for all guests of Stoke Park and ensure that they receive the highest standard of service and co-operation at all times, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the Front of House department.

Skills:
To have a working knowledge of Opera and Concept.

Experience of a 4/5* environment.

Current Full Driving Licence required.
