To help improve our golf game, we spend a fortune on clubs, balls and coaching. But we sometimes fail to take a look at improving the most important part of a golf swing…….Ourselves.
During a swing our body creates enough rotation and torque to strike the ball by using our body’s mobility, stability and co-ordination. It is not the club that generates the power to strike the golf ball over 200 yards down the fairway- it is you!
If you can improve your body’s power and mobility, you will directly improve on the distances you can hit the golf ball. Not only that, but if you build on your strength to stabilize the golf swing you will create a more consistent, accurate swing and keep you injury free.
Using the Titleist Performance Institute Movement Screen, we can assess the body bio-mechanically, which helps us determine the potential problems that are inhibiting your swing.
From this we will develop a program designed around your specific needs and maximizing your time.
