Humphry's is awarded 3 AA Rosettes
We are delighted to announce that Humphry's, Stoke Park's fine dining restaurant has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes, one of the guides most prestigious awards and puts Humphry's within the top 8% finest restaurants in Great Britain.
Paralleling Stoke Park's impressive past is the history of culinary excellence accrued by Humphry's, voted one of London's 'Top 20 Best Out of Town Restaurants' by Harper's Bazaar and 'Top 5 Out of Town
Restaurants 2012' by the Square Mile Restaurant Guide. For the past 10 years, Head Chef Chris Wheeler has been delighting guests and members with his innovative, exquisite cuisine and since opening last year, has steadily been building up Humphry's reputation as one of Britain's best restaurants offering Modern British cuisine with a twist, culminating with being awarded 3 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.

Chris began his career as Jean Christophe Novelli's right-hand man at Le Provence in Lymington and later helped him to launch Maison Novelli before joining Stoke Park in 2003.
In 2012, we also welcomed our Restaurant Manager, Lucas Gams. Previous to joining Humphry's, Lucas managed Michelin star winning restaurant, Hakkasan.
Humphry's, a stunning, light-filled restaurant featuring panoramic views of both the estate and the lakes and set within Stoke Park's majestic Georgian Mansion, has both à la carte and table d'hôte menus available for lunch, as well as a three-course dinner menu, all of which feature some of Chris' signature and best-loved dishes as created throughout his stellar 10 years at the helm of this establishment.
