Personal Development Coach - Michael Cartwright
Personal development coaching is a process that helps you focus on what it is that is important to you, establish some specific goals you want to realise within that and then help you succeed at these. It is an introduction to a technique that will enable you to overcome the variety of challenges we encounter. In simple terms it helps you understand the WHY and the WHAT behind something and gives you the HOW to achieve it.
My name is Michael Cartwright I am your personal development coach working through my business Alummni Limited. I live in Marlow with my girlfriend, Ann and our two children, Murray 4 and Niamh 2. I would describe myself as a sportsman first, as my interests were skiing, squash, golf and rugby, but these days they are more centred around story-telling and DIY.
