The Dining Room offers a TDH and an a la carte lunch menu, and a three course dinner menu offering modern British food with a twist, featuring plenty of our Executive Head Chef's signature dishes. The stunning decor, luxury ambience and panoramic views of the estate and lake deliver the perfect setting for a lasting experience.

Meet the Team                                                     

Chris Wheeler - Executive Chef

A member of Craft Guilds of Chefs, Chris joined Stoke Park in 2003. His impressive culinary background includes the role of Group Head Chef and right-hand man to Jean Christophe Novelli. Chris pays close attention to only using quality ingredients that are local, fresh and seasonal. Due to this and the fact that our Dining Room offers a high standard of food and service, has aided in Stoke Park's achievement of gaining two AA Rosettes in April 2010.       

Lukasz Gams – Restaurant Manager

Lukasz joined Stoke Park in 2011. With an extensive and impressive background in restaurant management, Lukasz delivers top class service based on reliability, attention to detail and customer care. He has previously worked in top Michelin star restaurants including Almyra Hotel in Cyprus, Hakkasan Restaurant in Mayfair and Lucknam Park Hotel. Lukasz’s professional experience and passion will ensure The Dining Room delivers excellence in both food and service.

Nick Downie - Social Media and Communications Manager

Nick joined Stoke Park in December 2010. He is responsible for all the PR and Communications for The Dining Room. As a lover of all things culinary, his favourite dishes served at the restuarant are the pan-fried scallops with celeriac puree, crispy pancetta, port reduction and caviar, and also roasted duck topped with seared foie gras.
