"There are very few places that can create a sense of occasion when having a meal but Humphry's does it with style. It's the total package, the grounds, the imposing mansion, the decor, the calm country house atmosphere, the quality of the food, the cooking and the attentive service all made the lunch a unique eating experience."

Contrasting with the estate's rich history is Head Chef Chris Wheeler’s innovative Modern British cuisine. Chris has been at Stoke Park for ten years and in that time he has made our restaurant into “an experience you want to relive again and again” (At Home with Marco Pierre White) while winning 3 AA Rosettes. At Stoke Park we are enormously proud of our history, which stretches back for 1000 years, and we felt the name of our fine dining restaurant was an ideal way to honour that. Humphry’s restaurant takes its name from Humphry Repton, who designed the bridge it overlooks in 1805.
Humphry’s offers à la carte and table d'hôte lunch menus, as well as a three course dinner menu offering Modern British cuisine with a twist, featuring Chris’ signature dishes. The stunning decor, luxury ambience and panoramic views of the estate and lake deliver the perfect setting for a lasting experience.
Humphry's is open to all for:
Lunch 12.00pm - 2.30pm
Dinner 7.00pm - 10.00pm
