Hand and Flowers - 2 Michelin star Pub

The Hand and Flowers pub, located in the beautiful Georgian town of Marlow, serves award-winning food in warm and welcoming surroundings. It was opened in March 2005 by Tom and Beth Kerridge. In less than a year they gained themselves a Michelin star, 3 AA rosettes, one Egon Ronay star and 'Buckinghamshire Newcomer of the Year' in the Good Food Guide.

In the 2012 UK and Ireland Michelin guide, the Hand and Flowers became the first pub to hold 2 Michelin stars. Tom Kerridge was previously head chef and Adlards in Norwich (one Michelin star) and senior sous chef at Monsieur Max in Hampton (one Michelin star). Before then, Tom cooked at London restaurants including Odete's, Rhodes in the Square, Stephen Bull and The Capital.
