Kwame Richardson

I have been working within the fitness industry for 20 years. From a young age I remember watching the World’s Strongest Man competition and being in awe of the strength and muscular physique of the competitors. I also had a keen interest in athletics, never missing the opportunity to follow the event closely during the Olympics and World Championships. The interest led me to taking up sport where I found myself competing at country level and being selected to represent the country at the English Schools in triple jump.

Triple jump places enormous stress on the body and soon I was forced to retire from the sport due to injuries. It was at this point that I decided to pursue a career in fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their personal goals.

Sharon Bianchi

I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years as a PT and many more years before that training for my own health and enjoyment.

I enjoyed all aspects of fitness but have a particular love for CrossFit - a high intensity sport which reflects the best aspects of gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Running and rowing amongst other things.

Ben has an extensive background in ski racing. He started to race at the age of 8 achieved huge success in competitions fro over 10 years.

Nora has been into fitness for over seven years with the passion of working hard and challenging herself. Daniel has been working within the fitness industry for over 4 years and I have over 10 years experience
in competing in competitive and professional sports. These include kickboxing, football and cross
country running.
He has many different hobbies but the one he enjoys most is weight training because he likes to push past his comfort zone for creating the best possible results.
He has a passion for helping people achieve their goals pushing them beyond their limits with a fun
and enthusiastic attitude.
