Additional Health Services
Osteopathy is a hands-on, drug-free system of healthcare with the core concept that your body’s function and its structures are two sides of the same coin. By working with the structures themselves, and the relationships between them - for example the bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves - osteopaths seek to diagnose, treat, remove and prevent barriers to your natural healing processes and allow you to rediscover natural, healthy function.
Osteopaths are recognised as able to aid with a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to: joint and arthritic pains; backache and back pain in general; pains in the neck, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and other joints; circulatory and digestive problems; and several types of headache including tension headaches and migraines. Osteopaths are also fully trained in clinical diagnostic procedures to ensure that osteopathy is an appropriate treatment for each individual’s complaint, and are able to make referrals to other medical practitioners should that be the best course of action for the patient.
Ian Grove (MOst) is Stoke Park’s resident osteopath. Ian graduated from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine with a First Class Master’s in Osteopathic Medicine, the highest award achievable and the highest grade awarded in his class. As well as his work at Stoke Park, Ian works in private practice and as a postgraduate tutor in Sports Medicine and Postural and Movement Rehabilitation for the International College of Osteopathic Medicine, based in Milan. Ian also holds postgraduate qualifications in Western Medical Acupuncture from the British Medical Acupuncture Society and is a certified practitioner in the use of Kinesio Taping techniques via KinesioTape UK. Like all osteopaths, Ian is registered and licensed by the General Osteopathic Council.

The Redesign Life Coach-Neelam Challoner
My name is Neelam Challoner, a qualified and experienced Redesign Coach, who is extremely passionate about human potential and transformation work. After 12 years and 100’s of clients later I am still in awe of how one conversation can cause a ripple effect and change. I am often asked “what do I do?” which then follows very quickly (although less frequent now) “oh, tell me more” or “what exactly is that?” People do get a little confused about the difference between coaching, counselling and consulting, I specialise in Re designing people’s lives; minds, habits, careers and future and I use a blend of coaching, NLP and consulting. I do not offer counselling or tell people how to live their life. Coaching is a dynamic way of getting you from where you are to where you want to be. It helps release potential and motivates you to live your life at your optimum. Often we have some areas in our life that are going well and some aren’t, coaching is a measurable process that is results led and action orientated, empowering individuals to move from ‘good’ to ‘great’. You and I work together in partnership to help you realise your dreams and goals. I cover areas such as confidence to a career change, or stress in self-employment or battles in the mind that hinder satisfaction. Like a Golf or Tennis coach who motivates and pushes you to achieve your personal best, coaching can also help in life and in business. You can design your life the way you want it go! Most winners in life will have a coach, consultant or someone they go to for inspiration or motivation to help them win -you can have this too- to win in every area of your life.
