Due to the Hotel and Spa closing for refurbishment from the 2nd August we are no longer taking any further bookings. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
You can find all the details of our COVID-19 policy on our website. Safety measures for Treatment Days include:
- Temperature checks will be taken on your arrival.
- Therapists will be wearing the appropriate PPE
- Face coverings are to be worn in all public areas
- Health questionnaire to be completed before arrival
- We encourage guests and staff to wash their hands regularly following government guidelines
- We have plenty of hand sanitisers on-site, please use them as regularly as you wish
- We ask that social distancing is adhered to at all times
We operate with a 24-hour cancellation policy and require card details in order to finalise your booking. You are welcome to cancel anytime up to 24 hours prior to your pre-booked arrival time. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours due to reasons related to COVID-19, we are happy to assist you with re-scheduling your Treatment Day.
Should you arrive to your Treatment Day and are unable to pass our temperature checks, we will also offer to re-schedule your day.
We require names of all the guests in your group and some card details as a guarantee.
If you are booking the Relaxation Afternoon Day, we would also need the treatment choices for your party. Please find our Spa Brochure here.
If you are booking the Restorative Treatment Day, we will require your lunch choices. We will send you a form to complete to submit your lunch order once you are all booked in.
We are not currently offering Spa Days, only Treatment Days, due to the limited facilities available. If you would like to swap your Spa Day voucher to one of our Treatment Days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your voucher number. Please note that only the monetary value of your voucher can be carried forward, so you may have to pay a supplement. Should you wish to wait until our Spa is fully open, you can email us at the same email address for an extension of your voucher.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 restrictions – the following areas will not be accessible:
- Swimming Pool
- Outdoor Sauna
- Male & Female Steam Rooms
We are afraid not. Due to social distancing, the numbers permitted within the indoor swimming pool are very limited. Therefore, we are reserving this facility just for our members and hotel residents.
We allow up to 4 guests per arrival time slot So, groups of up to 4 are welcome (subject to availability). Should you wish to book more than 4, you would need to arrive separately. We are currently unable to accommodate more than 8 guests per day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Treatment Days, access to the Spa, or treatments on weekends to the public.
